The charm of magic is not going to be diminished. On November 23, 2019, Poly Joy Club invited our members to bring their relatives and friends to enjoy the latest Disney movie "Frozen 2". Listening to beautiful music and having the popcorn and drinks provided by POLY Joy Club, with the feelings of family, love and personal awakening, everyone enjoyed a magical and loving Saturday!
Greenery could always light up the atmosphere and our mood. On 26th October 2019, POLY Joy Club successfully held the “Art and Nature. Terrarium Workshop” at Tai Kwun in Central. Under the guidance of two instructors, our members built their own, unique terrarium. Besides mastering the skill in design and building their own mini garden, they also learnt how to keep it in a good shape. With a sip of coffee and a bite of snacks on a relaxing Saturday afternoon, our members created their own little piece of art.
The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge (HZMB) is the longest sea-crossing bridge-tunnel system in the world and it substantially cuts the travelling time between Hong Kong, Macao and Zhuhai, while further connecting Hong Kong to the major cities of the Greater Bay Area.
POLY Joy Club brought our members a trip to experience the newly opened mega-size infrastructure HZMB, while enjoying the magnificent sea views along the route. After a delicious seafood meal, members visited the ‘New Yuan Ming Palace’ in Zhuhai. What a wonderful journey to the discovery of Greater Bay Area.
POLY Joy Club has recently launched its Facebook fan page to promote a joyful and positive lifestyle with the theme of 'Choose JOY'. Synchronized on November 24 at Papabubble with the theme of the Facebook campaign, a Rock Candy Workshop was held for members to enjoy a fun-filled candy making experience.
Under the guidance of the rock candy master, participating members joined hands to make a specially designed “JOY” rock candy in rainbow colour, and took home their hand-made candies to share the happiness with their family and friends. What’s more? Part of these hand-made candies will be distributed to some underprivileged families to share the joy of love and blessing!
What better way to drive away life’s cumbersomeness than to enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee with latte art on the weekend? Poly Joy Club members who participated in the ‘Latte Art Skill Workshop’ at The Coffee Academics Studio on July 28 enjoyed just that with us, learning directly from professional baristas the knowledge of coffee brewing and latte art. Members not only had the chance to make their own latte art coffee, but also to taste a variety of latte coffees with delicious refreshments. It was a joyful afternoon journey of taste as much as art and skill!
We would like to thank all members for the overwhelming response for this workshop. One more session was added and both sessions were packed.
Spring is in the air! Life’s blessing is, sometimes, as simple as enjoying a cold beer with friends and loved ones in one lazy Saturday afternoon. POLY Joy Club's member’s activity - "Afternoon Beer Journey" was successfully held on April 28, with participating members and their guests having fun at the Hitachino Nest Beer factory.
The response for this activity was so fervent that one more session was added for more members to join. From the guided factory tour to learning the trivia of beer, and most exciting of all, the chance to taste a selected range of freshly brewed craft beer in a nostalgic American-style bar setting, everyone was happy with the gathering.

Every urbanite enjoys a moment of relaxation as stress has become very much a part of metropolitan life. POLY Joy Club collaborated with multi-award winning ‘Sense of Touch’ to launch a spa party on the evening of February 9, for members to revitalize to welcome the CNY.
Held at Sense of Touch’s Crowne Plaza HK Kowloon East branch, members were offered a variety of treatments including hand massage, foot massage and express manicure to enjoy at the Spa Party. Taken by the tranquil, resort-like ambience of the spa centre, with treatments done lay-down on a luxurious lounge chair, members were immediately taken to a state of calmness and relaxation for the exhaustion to be released. Everyone left feeling content, having regained balance in the body and mind.
POLY Joy Club is dedicated to provide joyful and diverse activities to its members for celebrating the many joys in life. The event theme of this Spa Party echos with the service that the spa centre of the clubhouse of Kai Tak project — VIBE CENTRO will have to offer. When opened, professional beauty and massage treatments and services in private room setting will be available for residents to enjoy in the clubhouse.
A good habit of regular exercise from young helps to build good health and overall wellness. To promote children’s healthy development, POLY Joy Club organized a ‘Kids’ Gym’ activity for members to bring along their kids for some fun-filled gym workout at The Little Gym on January 14.
The activity started off with some simple but interesting games catered for different age groups, including ‘musical instruction’ which trains the children’s listening, focusing and decision-making skills, and ‘hunting’ game which challenges the children’s alertness and responsiveness. As the kids were warmed up, they were introduced to a range of gymnastic equipment including balance beam, parallel bars, uneven bars, pommel horse and rings, and were taught how to perform some simple gymnastic movements such as vault and somersault to train their body balance, flexibility and coordination. The kids were running and jumping everywhere and it was all noise and laughter throughout the two hours activity.
The ‘Kids’ Gym’ activity created a fun-filled moment for POLY Joy Club members to enjoy with their kids. Its theme meant to echo with the children facilities of the clubhouse of Poly Property’s Kai Tak project - VIBE CENTRO, which include the ‘Rainbow World’ indoor children play room and ‘Safari’ outdoor children play area.
Members gathered at LIFE FITNESS’ showroom on December 16 for a ‘Gym Fun Day’ co-organized by POLY Joy Club and renowned international fitness equipment brand – LIFE FITNESS.
A professional trainer was at hand to introduce some of the latest and most common fitness facilities such as treadmill, bicycle and weight trainer, and to demonstrate how they are used. Members were also taught how combining cardiovascular exercises with weight training could promote better respiratory functions and stronger muscles, and improve metabolism and body shape. It was a day of sweat but everyone had fun working out in a high-quality gym setting.
The gym facilities of the clubhouse of ‘Vibe Centro’, Poly Property’s debut project in Kai Tak, is supplied by LIFE FITNESS. Members attending this event got to understand the design concept of Vibe Centro’s gym and had first-hand experience of some of its state-of-the-art equipment.
The ‘Dog Grooming Workshop’ co-organized by POLY Joy Club and HK Pet Service ended on a happy note on November 19. This activity gives Poly Joy Club members the priority to experience the fun of pet grooming, as the theme echoes with the pet grooming facility available in the clubhouse of VIBE CENTRO, Poly Property’s Kai Tak project.
A professional pet grooming practitioner was there to demonstrate how to comb, detangle and cut the hair of dogs, as well as to trim their nails and wash their ears. These exercises have not only enhanced participating members’ nursing and grooming skills for dogs, but also deepened their understanding of how to better interact with dogs. The workshop was filled with warmth and laughter.
With a view to promoting interactivity and joyful lifestyle, Poly Joy Club will continue to provide more activities for the common enjoyment of members of all ages and with their families and friends. We look forward to greeting you at our next event.
POLY Joy Club x Tesla Joyful Drive was successfully held on October 29 at Hotel ICON. Some 20 members turned up with their families and friends to experience the driving and riding pleasure of a high-performance eco-friendly Model X or Model S of Tesla.
Fine weather and smooth traffic on the event day made the test-drive between Tsimshatsui and Kai Tak exceptionally enjoyable. Many members expressed their overwhelming satisfaction over the experience.
Virginia Kao, Head of Sales & Marketing of Poly Property (Hong Kong) said the event theme echoed with the low carbon design of the company’s Kai Tak project — VIBE CENTRO, which offers separate pedestrian and vehicle traffic provisions and a total of 176 car parking spaces, each equipped with electric vehicle charging facility.

POLY Joy Club collaborated with the German premium kitchen and domestic appliances brand ‘Miele’ to launch its first-ever member’s activity - POLY Joy Club x Miele – Mooncake Workshop at the Private Lounge by Miele on 26 September 2017. Some 18 members gathered with their family and friends at the workshop to make their own mooncakes and celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival with POLY Joy Club.
The mooncake workshop was conducted by renowned pastry chef Jimi Lee, who has worked with Excelsior Hotel, Noah's Ark Hotel and Macfield before. Jimi shared his recipes of two mookcake flavours - egg custard and green tea with red bean paste and guided the participants through every step of making the mooncakes. Everyone enjoyed the process and got to taste and take -home their delicious products at the end of the workshop.
Virginia Kao, Head of Sales & Marketing of Poly Property (Hong Kong) said the mooncake workshop marked the debut of a series of lifestyle events exclusively offered to POLY Joy Club members. The mooncake workshop was tailor-made for the LUXE-tier members of POLY Joy Club, who are all purchasers of Kai Tak project - ‘Vibe Centro’. The workshop was not only an occasion for interactive communications with the customers, but also a great opportunity for them to experience the fun of cooking in a Miele kitchen as the ‘COOKERY’ room of Vibe Centro’s clubhouse - THE VIBE was equipped with a variety of Miele’s premium kitchen appliances.
In the forthcoming months, POLY Joy Club will continue to present a series of fun-filled activities co-organized with different partners. The themes of those activities will resonate with the 3 main themes of THE VIBE: namely, leisure & lifestyle, kids & family, and health & wellness. Activities will include Tesla test drive, kid’s work-out, fun gym day, beauty service and pet grooming seminar, Kao added.
